I'm beginning a documentary on the Iraq war, its Veterans, and the effects of the war on the troops when returning home. I would like to interview Veterans from the Iraq war and talk with them about why they joined the military, what were their thoughts about the Iraq war before they went, and if those opinions changed after returning from the war. My goal is to show the war, what inspires Americans to enlist, and how their views might change or evolve after joining by letting Veterans tell their own stories. We are looking to interview Iraq Veterans from the South since we are located in Alabama. We can film in the following states: Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Kentucky. If you are an Iraq war Veteran in any of these states and are interested in doing an interview please contact me.

I am Brazilian and am proud for its blog. The war is dull. The war only interests the economic groups that produce weapons and the oil. Today we speak that the Second World War I was dull, dull is all the war form. Peace only can interest all the human beings. I am Brazilian and I am proud for here performance in blog. The American people is intelligent and sensible. What the governing make does not translate the necessity of the American people.

24 year (and counting) veteran. Deployed to Iraq in 2004-2005. I'm from the northeast so I'm probably not going to be in any of the states where you're filming. If I can answer questions or provide background info or do anything else to assist, please let me know.

My wife and I just did a 14 month deployment in Iraq, 10 of it in Ramadi. I enlisted in 1999 and signed a commissioning contract a month before the war kicked off. We'll be in VA by June.
