I´m with you, Englishman. It´s up to Elizabeth Edwards to call whoever she wants to call, but personally, I wouldn´t give the person in question the time of day, much less try to dialogue with her. And I´ll share a Spanish saying on the subject: "El mejor desprecio es no hacer aprecio" - Which I would translate the spirit of as something like: "The best way to put someone in their proper place is to ignore them."
